Information and purpose

Google authorization supplies a verified email address, account identifier, approved permissions, and credentials needed to maintain the connection. These identify the authorized account and enable the requested Calendar functionality.

The scheduling workflow is being configured to check calendar availability and create events from explicit appointment requests in Fieldy transcripts. Appointment information may include a title, description, date, time, duration, and location. Event identifiers, links, and processing receipts may be retained to track outcomes and prevent duplicates.

The requested owned-calendar permission permits reading and changing events on calendars the account owns. The intended workflow is restricted to the primary calendar. No Gmail access is requested.

Storage and service providers

Supabase hosts the integration and database. The Google refresh credential is encrypted; connection metadata is kept in access-restricted tables. Fieldy supplies transcripts, OpenAI processes transcript content into structured notes and requests, and Notion stores resulting notes and tasks. Calendar event links and scheduling outcomes may be included in those records.

Google Calendar data is used only for the requested calendar functionality. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Calendar availability and existing event contents are not sent to OpenAI for transcript extraction.

TJ AI Hub Calendar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and controls

Connection credentials, transcript-derived records, and processing receipts remain stored until the operator deletes them. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.

Revoke access at any time through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized access, but does not automatically delete saved records or events already created in Google Calendar. Contact the operator to request removal of stored integration records. Provider backups may follow separate retention schedules.

This website

These pages have no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, forms, or application login. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, including an IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website. No recordings, transcripts, calendar contents, or credentials are displayed here.
